Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g brown sugar
- 80 g butter
- 50 ml milk
- 4 cl caramel syrup (my recipe is in the database)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
absorbs quite well into the cake
Heat the butter in a saucepan and caramelize the sugar. Pour in the milk, add the vanilla sugar, and the caramel syrup. My syrup-like glaze is ready.
