Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 280 g sugar
- 300 g flour
- 300 g butter
- 5 m.-sized eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 1 vanilla pod(s), optional
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp Nutella
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Fat and breadcrumbs for the mold
- Powdered sugar or chocolate glaze
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
First, preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking pan and lightly dust with breadcrumbs. Cream together the sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, and eggs with a hand mixer until creamy. Mix together the flour, baking powder, and vanilla pudding powder and gradually stir into the batter. Add the sour cream and, if desired, the seeds of one vanilla pod to the batter and mix well. Now pour half of the batter into the baking pan. Mix the remaining batter with the cocoa powder and Nutella. Spread this batter as a second layer on top of the light-colored batter. Bake for 1 hour at 160 degrees Celsius, then let the cake cool and, if desired, either sprinkle with powdered sugar or cover with chocolate glaze.
