Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 redfish fillets
- 4 sprigs of basil
- 4 sprigs of parsley
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 20 olives, green
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Cut 4 pieces of aluminum foil to 40 x 40 cm. Brush with olive oil and place 1 redfish fillet on each piece. Season the fish with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Place 1 sprig of basil and 1 sprig of parsley on the fish. Place 5 cherry tomatoes and 5 green olives on each fillet. Seal the aluminum foil into parcels. Grill on a medium-hot grill for 8-9 minutes without turning.
