Spinach salad with carrots

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g leaf spinach, young, fresh
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the spinach leaves and carrots. Roughly chop the spinach leaves and grate the carrots. Mix the remaining ingredients together to make a dressing and toss with the salad.
