Lamb's lettuce with strawberries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 350 g strawberries
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • some pistachios, chopped
  • 2 slices of cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Pepper, red

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Lamb’s lettuce with strawberries, cream cheese and pistachios

Sort, trim, and wash the lamb’s lettuce. Wash and slice the strawberries and tomatoes. Mix everything in a bowl with the oil and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper. Divide the salad between two plates. Finely chop the cream cheese slices and arrange them on top. Finally, sprinkle with the chopped pistachios.
