Spaghetti with ham sauce

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Parmesan
  • 200 g ham, diced
  • 1 onion(s), white
  • pepper
  • herbs, Italian
  • Oil or butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

really delicious – with Parmesan

Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Finely chop the onions and sauté with the ham in a little oil or butter until the onions are translucent. Then add the cream and egg yolk and bring to a boil. Season with pepper and fresh herbs to taste. Mix with the drained pasta. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
