Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 bag(s) of citric acid
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2 : 1
  • e.g. lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

Place the fruit in a bowl, add sliced ​​bananas to make up to 1000g, and let it thaw overnight. Place the fruit and the resulting juice in a saucepan, add the gelling sugar and citric acid, and mix well. Then add lemon juice to taste (I added a tablespoon). Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Let it simmer for 4 minutes. Immediately pour into jars, seal the jars, and let it cool. A delicious, slightly different breakfast treat.
