Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp herbs to taste (either frozen herbs or finely chopped fresh herbs)
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 shot of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

especially great with jacket potatoes

Finely chop the onions and garlic. Mix the quark with the cream cheese, adding a little milk for a creamier consistency. Stir in the herbs, onions, and garlic.
