Non-alcoholic apple punch

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml fruit tea (apple tea)
  • 250 ml apple juice
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 6 carnations
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon or some cinnamon powder
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

slightly bitter in taste

Heat the tea prepared according to the package instructions with the apple and lemon juice in a saucepan. Add the cloves and cinnamon and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes. Remove the cloves and cinnamon stick. Since the apple tea and lemon juice give this punch a slightly more bitter and tart flavor, those who prefer it sweeter can add a little more sugar. I like it best without. To avoid the hassle of fishing it out or straining it, place the cloves and cinnamon stick in a tea strainer and tie the top. This can be easily removed afterward.
