Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 3 limes (organic)
- 2 blood oranges (organic)
- 3 orange(s), untreated, not juice oranges
- ½ grapefruit(s), untreated
- 3 kiwis
- 50 g cane sugar
- 200 ml Grand Marnier
- 1 bottle of rosé wine, semi-dry
- 1 bottle of sparkling wine
- 1 bottle of carbonated mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes
We also jokingly call it Vitamin-C Punch
Wash all citrus fruits in hot water. Peel the kiwis. Cut the limes into eighths and place them in the punch glass, add the cane sugar, and mash them with a Caipirinha muddler. Cut the blood oranges, oranges, and grapefruit into quarters, and the kiwis into half slices. Add to the limes, pour over the Grand Marnier and wine, seal tightly, and let stand overnight. Just before serving, pour on the sparkling wine and mineral water. If necessary, pick out the crushed limes; they just don’t look quite as good.
