- 1 kiwi(s)
- 50 ml milk
- 1 grapefruit(s)
- 1 banana(s)

Peel and core the apple. Then place the apple, kiwi, and milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the grapefruit and banana and blend again. Add a little more milk if needed.
