Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g crème fraîche with herbs
- 3 tbsp mustard, with herbs
- ½ bunch curly parsley
- a few stalks of chives
- some sweet paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
goes well with meat and vegetables
Finely chop the parsley and chives and then mix all the ingredients. Just make sure to use fresh herbs (not frozen), as it tastes much better that way.
