Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 155 g kiwi(s)
  • 100 g banana(s)
  • 30 g brown sugar
  • 5 sweetener tablets
  • 5 g lemon juice
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix the fruit with the sugar and lemon juice and puree. Dissolve the sweetener in the resulting liquid. Then mix thoroughly with the quark and let it sit for 30 minutes.
