Light yogurt and strawberry dessert

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • 200 g strawberries, fresh
  • 2 tbsp acacia honey
  • 20 g chopped pistachios
  • 4 sprigs of mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the strawberries and pat dry. Reserve a few strawberries for garnish. Pick the mint leaves and roughly chop them. Reserve a few leaves for garnish. Roughly chop the pistachios and reserve a few whole ones for garnish. Pour the yogurt into a bowl, add the honey and chopped pistachios, mix well, and let sit for a while. Chop the strawberries and fold them into the yogurt, then stir in the mint. Serve the yogurt in bowls and garnish with some strawberries, mint leaves, and pistachios.
