Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 110 g butter, room temperature
- 150 g cane sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 210 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Nutella
- 80 g chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Important! You will need an ovenproof pan or pizza pan. Mix the butter, sugar, and vanilla extract with a mixer. Combine the flour and baking powder, then stir half of the mixture into the sugar and butter mixture. Next, use a mixer to beat in the egg, then stir in the other half of the flour. Now fold in the chocolate chips and divide the dough in half. Press the first half into the bottom of an ovenproof pan, spread a generous amount of Nutella on top, and press the second half of the dough over it. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
