Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tsp tea leaves, black
  • 500 ml water
  • 3 cl lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 4 cl orange blossom water
  • 4 cl syrup (sugar syrup)
  • 3 cl syrup (lime syrup)
  • 8 cl nectar (peach nectar)
  • 2 peaches
  • Lemon(s) – slices for serving

Bring half a liter of water to a boil, place the tea leaves in a tea bag, pour the water over them, and let it steep for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, wash, pit, and dice the peaches. Add the peaches, lemon juice, orange blossom water, simple syrup, and lime syrup to the tea. Let it cool and refrigerate overnight. The next day, strain the tea mixture through a sieve and mix with the peach nectar. Sweeten the iced tea to taste with simple syrup. To serve, pour into a glass over 4 ice cubes and add a lemon wedge.
