Mascarpone – vanilla – coconut cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 50 ml sweet cream
  • 100 g quark
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 thin vanilla pod(s) or vanilla flavoring
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 50 ml juice (pineapple-babane-coconut smoothie)
  • 50 g sugar, more or less if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Own creation

Whisk the mascarpone and quark thoroughly. Whisk the cream separately until stiff peaks form. Add all ingredients to the mascarpone cream and continue whisking. After 5 minutes, gently fold in the cream with a spoon or whisk. Transfer to dessert bowls and refrigerate.
