Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 280 g flour
- 2 packets of baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 50 g oat flakes
- 40 g cocoa
- 80 ml oil
- 2 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 100 g yogurt
- 160 ml sparkling wine
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
with oat flakes, makes 12 pieces
First, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, oats, and cocoa. In a second bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and then fold in the flour mixture. Pour the batter into greased muffin cups or muffin cups lined with paper baking cups. Bake the muffins in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
