Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup mineral water
- 1 cup cocoa powder, instant
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cup(s) almonds, chopped
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 5 eggs
- n. B. chocolate glaze
- Paper cups
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
nice and juicy, makes 24 pieces
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. I use a muffin tin, which I also place paper baking cups in (about half full) because the batter is quite runny. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for 20-25 minutes. Once cooled, decorate with melted chocolate glaze.
