Gingerbread on Sheet
The perfect gingerbread on sheet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for the dough
- 350 g Flour
- 300 g Powdered sugar
- 100 g Ground hazelnuts
- 3 tsp Ginger bread spice
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Clove powder
- 1 P Baking powder
- 1 P Vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Orange zest
- 1 P Grated chocolate
- 0,25 l Milk
- 150 g Melted butter
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 4 Eggs
for the glaze
- 250 g Powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Hot water
- Put the flour, sugar, ground hazelnuts, gingerbread spice, clove powder, vanilla sugar, baking powder, lemon and orange zest, grated chocolate and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl with a lid. Now close this and shake vigorously.
- Put the milk, melted butter, honey and eggs in a blender jar and shake. Then add the liquid ingredients to the dry ones in the large mixing bowl.
- Close this again and shake very well.
- Stir again with a spatula and spread on a baking sheet that has been greased or lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° for about 20 minutes.
- Use the ingredients for the glaze to make either a lemon glaze or a rum glaze.
- After baking, coat the cake with the icing and cut into squares, rectangles or triangles.
- Very loose and delicious !!!
