Colorful tortellini salad

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 250 g tortellini
  • 2 bell peppers (red)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 80 g celery (from the jar)
  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • 150 ml mineral water
  • 4 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 5 dashes soy sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta as usual. Slice the peppers, dice the cucumber and ham. Toss the tortellini with the vegetables and ham. For the dressing, drain and puree the celery, then mix with the mayonnaise, mineral water, vinegar, and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Let stand for about 30 minutes, then adjust the seasoning if desired.
