Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 100 ml oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 350 g sugar
  • 1 cup of coffee, boiled
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 ml whiskey
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 300 g flour (Kamut flour, an old wheat variety)
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 100 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 50 g hazelnuts, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sponge cake

Cream the butter until fluffy, then add the sugar, oil, coffee, whiskey, and eggs. Mix everything well. Then stir in the sifted flour with baking powder. Then stir in the teaspoon of cocoa powder (for color) and the nuts. Pour the dough into a greased ring pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 1 hour.
