Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 apples (Boskoop works very well)
- 10 cl Calvados
- 8 slices of cheese (raclette cheese)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes
Peel and core the apples, then chop them to the right size for the raclette pans. Place them in a bowl with the Calvados and let them chill in the refrigerator for about 8 hours. Serve with the raclette, place them in a pan, and place them under the raclette grill with the cheese until the cheese is nicely melted and browned.
