Pasta with herb sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp herbs, frozen or fresh
  • Cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions and drain. Reserve 4 tablespoons of the cooking water. Sauté the chopped onion and garlic in the oil in a pan, then deglaze with the lemon juice and the cooking water. Stir in the cream cheese and cream. Stir in the herbs. Mix the sauce with the pasta and sprinkle with some grated cheese. Serve immediately.
