Spread the love

  • 4 tbsp cereals, e.g. puffed wheat, quinoa, spelled, rice…
  • 200 g chocolate, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Today we have another little treat for you: we’re making our own Kinder Country. All you need is a small silicone mold for the bars, or you can make your own out of aluminum foil. I use white chocolate for the filling, but you can also use the milk cream filling from my Kinder Schokobons. The Kinder Country cookies have always been very popular, and unlike the store-bought ones, they don’t contain any additives or preservatives. 1. Chop the chocolate and melt it in a water bath or the microwave, then fill the silicone mold with it. Collect any excess chocolate. Let the mold harden. 2. Mix the cereal into the melted white chocolate and fill the hardened hollow bodies. 3. Spread the remaining chocolate on top to seal the Kinder Country. Let it harden again, then you can carefully press out the chocolate bars. If necessary, smooth out the edges with a knife. Tip: Since my silicone mold has relatively large bars, you only get 2 Kinder Country chocolate bars out of it, but if you cut it in half, the size is roughly the right size. If you don’t let the chocolate harden in the refrigerator, it won’t get any water spots. These water spots won’t affect the flavor in any way. Have fun making them! Naturally Delicious. P.S.
