Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g chocolate block, grated
  • 500 g coconut oil (Palmin)
  • 500 g powdered sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • n. B. Wafers, rectangular

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 25 minutes

Slowly melt the chocolate block with the coconut oil, then stir in the sifted powdered sugar. Let it cool slightly. Then stir in the briefly beaten eggs. I line a square baking dish with greaseproof paper to prevent sticking. Line the dish with a wafer, then alternate layers of the mixture and wafers. Gently press the wafers down every now and then. Finally, add another wafer. I refrigerate the dish overnight to let it set. Cut into diamond shapes to serve.
