Grandma's marzipan potatoes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 250 g semolina (soft wheat semolina)
  • ¾ bottle of bitter almond flavor
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 100 g cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Put everything, except the cocoa, into a mixing bowl and knead. Then form small balls and roll them in the cocoa. It’s best to refrigerate the balls and let them dry, but you can also enjoy them as is.
