Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ liter orange juice
- ⅛ liter olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 slices of pork neck (150 g each)
- 1 chili pepper(s), fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Mix the lemon juice with the orange juice and olive oil. Finely chop the chili, peel the garlic, and finely chop it. Add everything to the juice and oil mixture with salt and pepper. Wash the meat and pat dry. Place it in the marinade. The meat should be completely covered. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight. Remove the steaks from the marinade and grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side. Serve the meat with a salad.
