Homemade hot chocolate on a stick

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g dark chocolate coating
  • 125 g nougat
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 6 drops of vanilla flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Makes about 30 pieces.

Melt the chocolate coating and nougat over a bain-marie. Stir in the remaining ingredients and pour the mixture into silicone praline molds. Insert a toothpick or small wooden spatula into the center of each praline and chill. It will set faster in the freezer. Once cooled, remove from the mold. To enjoy, heat a cup of milk and melt a praline in it.
