Oreo Chocolate Bundt Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 1 tbsp cocoa (Kaba)
  • 110 ml sunflower oil
  • 185 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 75 ml milk
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 9 Oreo cookies
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • Oreo cookies
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Chop 150g of dark chocolate into small pieces and finely crumble the nine Oreo cookies. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Then stir in the vanilla sugar, cocoa powder, oil, and milk. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in. Finally, stir in the Oreo crumbs and chopped chocolate. Pour the batter into a greased small Bundt cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C for 40-45 minutes. Do a skewer test. Let cool and then turn out of the pan. For the glaze, melt the chocolate over a pan of simmering water and then spread it over the Bundt cake. Decorate with Oreo cookies.
