Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g cream cheese
- 120 g creamy peanut butter
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 25 g butter, soft
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peanut butter cream cheese frosting for cupcakes and tarts
Simply beat all ingredients well with a hand mixer and then refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. It can then be used as a topping for cupcakes and cakes or as a filling for the delicious peanut-chocolate-sea-salt cake.
