Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 75 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 20 g soy flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • Milk, until smooth

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

a basic recipe for wraps

Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the dough onto the sheet in the desired size, thickness, and shape. Bake at 190°C for approximately 15 minutes. The wrap is best removed from the parchment paper while still warm. Top the wrap with, for example, ajvar, salad, tzatziki, gyro or salad, dill sauce, and salmon.
