Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 250 ml Cremefine Vanilla or
  • sweet cream
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • n. B. Brittle (hazelnut brittle)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Combine the quark, cream cheese, and sugar. Whip the Cremefine Vanilla (or sweet cream) until stiff peaks form and fold into the cream. Drain the mandarins and fold them into the cream, reserving a few for garnish. Pour the cream into glasses and refrigerate for one hour. Garnish with the remaining mandarins and hazelnut brittle just before serving.
