  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 Pck. Baking powder
  • 1 Good pinch of salt
  • 500 g Quark lean
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 liter E.G. rapeseed oil
  • Sugar to roll over
  1. Put quark, sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl and beat until frothy with a hand mixer for approx. 3 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil to between 170 ° C and 180 ° C.
  3. Mix the flour lightly with the baking powder and salt and add. Mix everything with a wooden spoon (as the dough is very viscous) for about 3 minutes.
  4. Put the dough in a large freezer bag e.g. from IKEA and cut off one corner with a cut edge of approx. 3 cm. When you press it, a strand of approx. 3 cm comes out and CAREFULLY cut it off with a knife. Bake for approx. 1 min (turn around on their own) Place the baked balls on a kitchen towel and allow to cool slightly. Roll the quark balls in sugar
