Quark Balls with Stevia Sugar
The perfect quark balls with stevia sugar recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Spelled flour
- 250 g Quark
- 1 Msp Salt
- 70 g Stevia sugar
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla sugar own production or
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 3 Eggs
- ****************
- Frying fat
- 2 tbsp Stevia sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- Paper towel
- Work the flour, quark, salt, stevia, baking powder, vanilla sugar and eggs into a smooth dough and leave to rest for approx. 10 minutes
- In the meantime, heat the fat in a saucepan and mix the stevia sugar with cinnamon in a bowl and set aside
- Using a teaspoon, cut off small portions of dough and let them slide into the hot fat, deep-fry until light brown
- Drain the finished balls on paper towels and roll them in cinnamon sugar
- Stevia sugar has 50% less sugar ….. you like to use it a second time :)))))))))))
