Quark Balls with Stevia Sugar

The perfect quark balls with stevia sugar recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Spelled flour
  • 250 g Quark
  • 1 Msp Salt
  • 70 g Stevia sugar
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla sugar own production or
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • ****************
  • Frying fat
  • 2 tbsp Stevia sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • Paper towel
  1. Work the flour, quark, salt, stevia, baking powder, vanilla sugar and eggs into a smooth dough and leave to rest for approx. 10 minutes
  2. In the meantime, heat the fat in a saucepan and mix the stevia sugar with cinnamon in a bowl and set aside
  3. Using a teaspoon, cut off small portions of dough and let them slide into the hot fat, deep-fry until light brown
  4. Drain the finished balls on paper towels and roll them in cinnamon sugar
  5. Stevia sugar has 50% less sugar ….. you like to use it a second time :)))))))))))
