Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 150 g butter
- 150 g sugar, possibly less
- 1 baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 250 g mascarpone
- 100 g marzipan
- possibly grease for the mold or paper baking cups
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Weigh all ingredients, tear the marzipan into smaller pieces, and beat with a food processor for a few minutes to ensure the marzipan is well combined with the rest of the dough. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin or one lined with paper baking cups and bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. Use a toothpick to test the sugar. Tip: We like it sweet. If you don’t like it that much, you might want to use only 100g of sugar. This yields 16 muffins.
