Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 625 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 275 g milk
  • 75 g sugar
  • 75 g margarine
  • 10 g salt
  • 50 g yeast
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 egg yolks
  • Lemon(s) – flavoring
  • Butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 300 g jam
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with and without filling, makes about 30 pieces

Mix everything except the jam into a dough, let it rise, and form doughnuts into doughnuts. Bake in hot oil at 175-180°C. Fill with jam as desired.
