Broccoli and chicken casserole

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 6 m.-sized potatoes
  • 2 turkey schnitzels
  • 2 tsp broth
  • Chicken seasoning
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • Mozzarella, grated
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Peel the potatoes, roughly dice them, and cook with 2 teaspoons of salt for about 15 minutes. Rinse the broccoli, divide it into florets, and cook in the broth for about 10 minutes until al dente. Cut the turkey cutlets into strips, brown them in butter, and season with roast chicken seasoning. Drain the potatoes and broccoli after cooking and place them in a greased casserole dish. Add the roasted turkey, pour over the hollandaise sauce, and sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Then bake for about 25-30 minutes at 200°C (fan oven).
