Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork loin(s)
  • 350 g smoked bacon
  • 3 onions
  • ½ large bottle(s) of ketchup (curry ketchup)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

also possible as a schnitzel pot

Cut the pork loin into 2 cm thick slices, then season with salt and pepper. Have the bacon cut into thin slices (or buy it pre-packaged). Layer both in a greased baking dish. Use the bacon as the top and bottom layer. Peel the onions, slice them into rings, and place them on top. Make a sauce from the curry ketchup, cream, and crème fraîche (simply mix everything together) and pour it over the dish. Cover and cook in a preheated oven at 250°C for about 30 minutes. Remove the lid or aluminum foil halfway through cooking. Tip: This recipe also tastes great with turkey schnitzel.
