Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 4 packs of cream cheese
- 250 g butter, very soft
- 1 small onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Finely dice the onion. Mix the cream cheese, butter, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl (preferably with a hand mixer) until evenly distributed. Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the cream to infuse. It can also be prepared the day before and refrigerated overnight. We serve the cream on fresh baguette for a barbecue.
