Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 60 g tomatoes, dried in oil
  • 40 g walnuts
  • some basil (a few leaves)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 100 g cottage cheese
  • 250 g cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Delicious with pretzels and taco chips. Or white bread.

Finely dice half of the tomatoes and roughly chop half of the walnuts. Peel the garlic, wash the basil, drain it, and roughly chop it. Puree the feta cheese, cottage cheese, cream, whole tomatoes, whole walnuts, and garlic in a blender. Stir in the finely diced tomatoes, chopped walnuts, and basil. Season with a little salt (the cheese is already salty) and plenty of pepper.
