Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 large potatoes
- 1 m.-large cauliflower
- 1 large broccoli
- 200 g ham, diced
- 400 ml Hollandaise sauce or Béarnaise sauce, recipes in the database
- 1 bag(s) cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Boil the potatoes with their skins on until al dente, then peel and slice. Clean the cauliflower and broccoli, cut into small florets, and cook in a little salted water until al dente. Place the potato slices in a large, deep casserole dish, season with salt and pepper, place half of the ham cubes (we usually use cooked ham, but bacon cubes or similar will also work, depending on your taste) over the potatoes, and pour about 200 ml of the sauce over the potatoes. Spread the broccoli and cauliflower on top of the potatoes, spread the rest of the ham cubes and sauce over them, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. The time varies depending on how browned you like the cheese.
