Quick, creamy coffee liqueur

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml coffee, very strong
  • 200 g nut nougat cream (Nudossi)
  • 200 ml egg liqueur

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Mix the coffee and spread thoroughly, pour into a clean bottle, top with eggnog, seal, and shake vigorously. Ready to drink immediately. I used a 500 ml ketchup bottle for filling. I had once again made the coffee too strong, which is why it didn’t finish, but I felt bad about it, so I came up with this idea to use up leftovers. My children and children-in-law loved it. It would also be a good idea as a sauce over ice cream.
