Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small leek(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 1 pack of cream cheese with herbs
  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Trim or peel the leek and onion and chop very finely. Place them in a bowl and mix with the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Delicious with vegetable sticks, crackers, and baguette.
