Party Dip
Thaw the herbs, stack the processed cheese slices and cut them into small cubes, finely chop the onion, and mince the garlic. Combine all ingredients with the cream cheese in a bowl, mix with a fork, and knead thoroughly. A potato masher is also useful here; the cheese slices don’t need to be diced beforehand, but the bowl should have a flat bottom. The specified amount of garlic will give the cream a correspondingly “aromatic” flavor and shouldn’t be enjoyed before an important meeting. All other quantities can be adjusted according to taste. The cream is excellent as an accompaniment to crackers, as a dip for vegetable sticks, or as a spread on toasted baguette slices. The ideal party dip.
