Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp Ajvar, hot, possibly more
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp, heaped parsley, chopped, fresh or frozen
- some cream or whole milk

Quick and easy. Ideal as a dip or savory spread.
Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl. Then add 2 tablespoons of ajvar and stir until creamy. If you like it spicier, you can use 3 tablespoons or more. Peel the garlic and place it in a press, press it into the cheese, and stir it in. Add the parsley and finish the whole thing with a little cream or whole milk. It’s best to refrigerate it for a while and let it marinate. Serve with baguette or other bread for dipping. It also makes a great savory spread.
