Quark cream dessert with fruit of your choice

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 can of fruit (e.g. tangerines, cherries ….)
  • some sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Lightly mix the quark. Whip the cream until stiff and mix it with the quark, adding vanilla sugar. If you prefer it less thick, you can add a little fruit juice. Mix in the fruit, add a little more sugar if desired, and serve.
