Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 6 eggs, depending on size
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 bag(s) pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 250 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Gradually whisk all ingredients in a bowl for 5 minutes on high. Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil, medium heat depending on your stovetop. Then add two ladles of the liquid batter to the pan and wait until the surface is no longer liquid, then flip and continue cooking until the pancakes are golden brown. We eat them with peach slices and a sprinkle of sugar; you can also use maple syrup or anything else you like.
