Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sugar
  • 300 ml schnapps (double grain)
  • 1 liter of cream
  • 40 g instant coffee (Nescafé Frappé)
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the sugar and cornstarch in the mixing bowl and mix for 5 minutes on speed 2.5 until the sugar dissolves. Add the cream, scraped vanilla seeds, and Nescafé coffee and mix well for 1 minute on speed 3. Then add the whole vanilla pod and let stand for 5 minutes. Remove the pod and bottle the liqueur. This yields approximately 2 bottles and can also be made with reduced-fat cream.
