Beer liqueur – ready to drink

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ liter of beer, dark, e.g. black beer or bock beer
  • 200 g sugar
  • ¾ liter schnapps, grain 38%
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the beer and sugar in a saucepan, stirring constantly; do not let it boil. Add the schnapps and vanilla sugar and heat again (until just before boiling). Pour the liqueur into bottles and refrigerate. The cold liqueur is then ready to drink immediately. Cheers!
